Project Description

When an organization such as a school board identifies and masters the characteristics of success through good governance and effective leadership, the result is an effective, healthy organization;
An effective, healthy organization contains positive role models, a motivated staff, best instructional practices and a supportive community forming a more effective system for education;
An effective system for education encourages improved student interest and performance;
Improved student interest and performance lead to measurable and higher student achievement.
